missing expansion [ Edited ]

hey my name is Nayah and I have transferred my sims 4 to another computer, and all expansion packs and packs work but not city living. When I enter the game it says that I already own it but that I have to reload the game for it to work. But when I go out of the game and into the original, it says just play, but it does not work to just play because it is not in the game. It worked great when I bought it on the other computer and when I transferred the game, all the spirit packages worked as usual. Please help
