i downloaded my two stuff packs after having trouble downloading them.

I had to uninstall origing to get them to download. It worked but my Paranormal stuff pack is a blue screen in game and didnt pop up to show me I actually have it. It does say I own the pack but the actual gameplay is not in my game nor are the new items. what can I do? I'm probably just going to uninstall again and see if that will solve anything. I'm on mac btw if that info is needed.

Try trashing just the pack folder and re-downloading it - https://bluebellflora.com/2020/06/17/repairing-sims-4-packs-in-origin/
