i cant click anything on the sims 4

cas worked fine and i was able to make my character but then i went onto the actual game and most buttons just disappeared; all the buttons at the bottom of my screen had gone and at the top there was only a few still there but i couldn’t click on any of them. my sims and their houses are still there but i cant interact. i cant even exit the game so my only option is to force quit.

Have you tried repairing the game again?
