i can't start my sims 4 [ Edited ]

I can't start my sims 4. When i go to origin and klick on sims 4 i don't start. And i don't know what to do and i can't start the game. I have tried to start it but i can't I have a mac book pro and its new and it hav worked until now and please help me so i can start playing my sims again
