i bought sims4 ages back and lost the confirmation code but it wont let me play

I bought sims for when it first came out through origin. After awhile I must have deleted the emails and until now I need the confirmation code which was given through email. Now it won't let me play unless I have the confirmation code. Someone please helppp

Welcome to Answers HQ!

Let me try to help:

1. Right click on the game in your Origin Library
2. Select the 'Game properties' option
3. A new window will open, you should be able to see the key in there

Copy it so you can use it when you are asked for the game code
