I just downloaded Origin and The Sims 4. When I try to play, screen goes black and then goes back to desktop with rainbow wheel. My laptop is a 2012 MacBook Air and I just updated the software. Help 
@jamiewendt91 , it sounds like something is preventing Origin from making a proper connection. Did you try any of these steps to resolve the issue?
