ever since the new update my cc skins have been conflicting with my cc hairs

Hello everybody, im pretty new here but ive noticed that ever since the august update my sims have become distorted, is any one else having this problem? Idk if its my cc skins or my cc hairs that are making all my sims look like this but its literally ever sim. I play on a 2017 macbook pro on medium settings and up until this update ive been playing fine with thousands of mods. I attached a photo so people can see.

It's up to the creator to make sure CC is compatible with the current patch level. Move out the CC until it is updated.
