You have to launch the game for the folder to appear, then quit it, then add one piece of CC to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.

Using CC/Mods is at your own risk, EA are not responsible for making the game compatible with 3rd party content, the creator is.

Intriguing though too, it would indicate that something in your usual user account is interfering with the game, stopping the CC from showing.

Hi I have the same problem, and followed all steps above, but my CC still isn't showing up in game. SOME is, like 5 hairstyles from the same creator, but nothing else is... Can you help?
