What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats & dogs, city living, seasons, get together, get famous, dine out, parenthood, spa day, laundry day, movie hangout & vintage glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I go into the game just fine, then I start editing in cas and I use a slider to move the sim around or change the body shape and my game just freezes completely
What happens when the bug occurs? once frozen my mouse and keyboard don't function and the only thing I can do is restart my whole computer
What do you expect to see? I haven't been able to play the game because I can't get through cas
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I've tried repairing it through origin and also re installed sims and neither has fixed this. at first I thought it was the mods then I removed them and repaired the game and it didn't help then I re installed the game and still didn't help.
