can't build in snowy escape

I've never had this problem before, and i've been playing snowy escape since it launched. Now when i try to build on a lot it pops up "Error 801" and I get thrown out of the game. Do anyone know what to do?? I can not move a family to the lot either.

Follow these instructions and move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop so the game creates a new one - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting...

Then quit and add your one save this is affecting into the new saves folder and see if it still happens.
