all my saves disappeared

So i changed my ea ID and when i went to reload the game all my saves were gone? I don't know what to do

Can you move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and launch a brand new clean game and see if that helps? Separately, could you disable Origin in-game too and see if that helps.

I have all my save files still but they're not loading, it's as if I just started it for the first time but I've been playing for years

I did but it didn't help and now when try to play none of the worlds show up, its just completely blank so i cat even start a new game
