Wont let me play sims

The other week i recently bought The Sims 4 on my MacBook Air and everything was perfect I could play the game, creating my own sims people and creating my own home etc and could access all the features and then the other day I went to play the game and it wouldn't let me access any worlds such as the normal ones which come with the game and I couldnt create any sims people etc as it said unavaliable whilst creating a story mode and I tried all the buttons such as 'Load game' 'new game' and the large play button and still it wouldnt let me access it so I tried deleting Origin and The Sims off my computer and re downloading it. I then bought the University expansion pack as it only gave me the option to acess all the worlds if I had bought an expansion pack and I still cant access the world or make a new sim when i've paid an extra £20 for it. Can anyone please help im so frustrated????

Right click on the game in your Origin games library and select repair game.
