Windows cc files converted to mac??

I just brought a MacBook Air. I currently had a Windows HP Laptop and wanted to know if there would be anyway to convert all my cc and mods from windows files to Mac?? it would be such a hassle to go and redownload all of my content and mods again.

The .package files work for both version of the game, no need to convert anything.
