Why is my game crashing after installing home decorator?

I just installed home decorator on my mac computer (mac os catalina version 10.15.1). Ever since, my game crashes 5 mins into playing at random moments, in CAS, in gameplay etc. I don't have mods on. Please help ! I have all expansions installed and most game packs, about 25 percent of stuff packs and one kit.

Having the same issue. It's also crashing whenever I go into Build/Buy mode and try to move up to a second floor. I'm replying so I can subscribe to this thread and hopefully someone will have an answer for us.

Same here, but I can't even get the game to load.  

Catalina 10.15.7

Imac 3.2 quad core intel core i5

@Bluebellflora Okay! That worked, it is running. Though, I did forget to mention, while trying to repair the game, Origin tossed up a screen saying it needed to d/l missing files, and to click yes when prompted. Those never showed up. But I'm going to assume it was reacting to a few mods that need updating. Thank you!
