Why does Supernatural not work on Catalina?

I'm trying to download but it's not letting me download.

@Peaceforeverme  It looks like you don't have the 64-bit version of Supernatural.  You'll need to contact EA customer support to request that the "entitlement," as it's called, be added specifically for the 64-bit version.

This is simple for a support rep to do, and they've been doing it for a while now, so if you get resistance, feel free to ask for a manager.

By the way, I wasn't ignoring you.  I went to bed and then had to finish the food shopping this morning.

@Peaceforeverme  Supernatural does work in Catalina.  But are you trying to download the 64-bit version or the 32-bit one?  You specifically need to download through the 64-bit version of the game.

If that's what you're doing, what happens when you click the Download button?  If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
