When I try to open sims 4 it either crashes or freezes

Everytime I go to open a save in the sims 4 when the save begins to load the game either crashes, or freezes. I have reset my computer and closed and reopened the application repeatedly.

Do you have a lastCrash report in your Sims 4 folder you could upload here? Or c/p into a post?
