I cant find my referall code for my expansion packs. I bought most of them online.

You shouldn't need them if you're logged in to Origin using the same EA/Origin account you purchased them with. Make sure you have All Games and All Platforms selected in the drop downs in your games library in Origin. Hover your mouse over the base game and click on i. You will then see all your EPs and SPs.

But I resetted my macbook and when I try to install the expansion packs the product code is invisible.

That is a known issue which hasn't been fixed yet. You need to contact customer support and they will give you your codes - http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
