Updated new sims 4 game patch but nothing changed

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1620
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, island living, parenthood, outdoor retreat, jungle adventure, laundry day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to update the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I update my game but it doesn’t actually get updated. The game version txt shows the same old version.
What do you expect to see? The new game patch additions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I updated my game but when I went into my game, none of the new things were there, like free moving windows, ladders, off the grid filter, etc. But my cc was removed like it was updated. I’ve reinstalled origin and that didn’t help. Thanks!

As you are running the Legacy Version of the game, no new content is applied to your game even if you update it.
