Update

So I updated my game yesterday, I haven’t played in about 2 weeks. When I go to play my game I see that none of my previously played families are there. I remember saving them to my gallery as well but they aren’t there. I don’t know why this happened but is there anyway to get them back???

@tryanna2016  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Please look in OneDrive (Windows) or iCloud (Mac) for your missing saves and other content.

It’s a Mac! I saw on another post to go to my save files and find the most recent or latest save so I did that and it worked. I had like two sims 4 folders that weren’t in the EA folder. I haven’t played my game yet so idk how far the game saved but I got the families back I wanted!!!
