Unhandled exception??

"Unhandled exception 0x80000004 at address 0x00000000." Then it will say do you wish to debug it. Either one I pick it and the page goes away. It happens when I click to go and play the sims. It started happening right after I downloaded The Supernatural Sims from Origin. Before that everything worked fine. Whats going on? How do I fix this?  I've tried everything I can. I have  MacBook Air. And I download my sims from Origin. And I pay for them to be downloaded. Which sucks. Please tell me this will go away or there's a way to fix this. And if not what do I do???
