Hi, I'm unable to find my electronic arts folder. Every time I search for it, this comes up.

Your Electronic Arts folder should be directly in your Documents folder. Spotlight will not find it if it is in this location as it is not indexed. The folder is created when you launch the game for the first time.
Do you have iCloud Drive enabled to store your Documents folder in the cloud? If so you need to disable it - https://bluebellflora.com/2017/02/06/sims-3-and-sims-4-not-loading-save-games/
