The sims 4

★ Novice

I've had the Sims 4 for about a month already and it stopped working. I have a 13 inch macbook air. I've gotten the latest update for my computer, updated sims 4, and can't figure anything out. I do have lots of custom content and mods. The sims 4 didn't work last time but then I restarted my computer and it started working. I tried that this time and nada. Nothing happened. I am obsessed with sims 4.I've tried repairing sims 4 and nothing yet... Please help me Frown I have a 13 inch Macbook Air

Hi @peachyvirgo,

Mods and custom content can get outdated when the game updates, and cause issues. Have you tried to play without mods? My recommendation is to move your Mods folder to your desktop, and try to open the game without it.

Does it work without mods? That means some of your mods are incompatible with the game and need to be updated or removed.

You can learn more about the use of mods in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/mods-and-the-sims-4-game-updates/
