My sims 4 game will not launch full screen on my macbook pro. When I launch the game it opens in a small box in the left bottom hand corner of my computer screen and I cant click on anything. I have tried reinstalling the game and that did not help.
Can you go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move the Options.ini file to the Trash then try loading the game again.
