The sims 4: I can't find my house after I saved

I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I spend at least 3 hours building my house then I uploaded to gallery (that there's no information to show me how things works) and then I quit the game and come back, there's only my character that are saved but my house were gone.
How is this making it more difficult? well, everything were gone including my time and I don't understand that why there's no notice or anything to tell us? I'm sure I'm not the first person who reported this
How can we reproduce this experience? maybe have a big warning or sentences like ''THIS IS HOW TO SAVED THE WHOLE GAME (NOT ONLY CHARACTER BUT YOU WHOLE CONTENT) AND IT IS DIFFERENT THAT SAVED, AND EXIT GAME''

Is your house not showing up in your Library in Origin? You may have uploaded just to your library but not shared to the gallery.
