The Sims 4 - problem (The Sims is already running)

Hi, I installed Origin and played the Sims 4 two years ago.
After a year I wanted to play again and I couldn't do it anymore and Mac writes "The Sims is already running." I created a new account on the origin bought again the new The Sims 4 + first pet.
I uninstalled and reinstalled everything.
When I want to play it writes to me "The Sims is already running." Please advise me.
