The Sims 4 error low space in disk all save and building gone

Last night my gf finished building a house but after that the game is error and then close it down. When she went back to the game everything is gone still has only family in gallery but in neighbor is all gone is there anything to solve this problem? thank you

@seriesong157, do you or your girlfriend use any CC? If you do, then when you go to the Library or Gallery make sure the "Show Custom Content" button on the left hand side is checked.

Did your girlfriend manage to save the game before the error and the game quit? It doesn't sound like it which is why everything is gone that she built. If you're getting a low disk space error it means your Mac's storage is full, you need to get rid of some files to free up space.
