Thanks for the tips! Unfortunately, I tried both of those just now and it still didn't work. My version is 1.75.125.1630

@itsme1993 You're running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4, and the LE doesn't support any packs released after October 2019, including DHD. Since you're on a Mac, it's unlikely that you're running the LE by accident, but you can check your system against the requirements for the standard version of Sims 4 anyway:

If your computer doesn't support the standard version and therefore cannot run DHD, you can request a refund from EA. Even though Sims 4 packs are not eligible for automatic refunds, support often makes an exception in this case.

Thank you! I think this is the issue. I have a 2011 Mac and it says it's not compatible. Thank you so much for your help!

Running Sims 4 legacy and have bought a few game packs recently: including 'dream home decorator'. Running it through Origin on a Mac. It says we have it installed, receipt/invoice says payed for. Clues? Have read it might not be compatible with our version of Sims 4....Mac has running High Sierra 10.13.6
Thanks!

I purchased Sims 4 Cottage Living for Mac yesterday.
It downloaded, says it's installed, but it doesn't launch. It doesn't even show up on the opening screen where your expansion packs are listed.
We uninstalled everything and reinstalled and it still isn't showing up. I've never had this problem before.
My system meets all minimum requirements. I'm really not sure what's going on.

I have the same problem. And with the snowy escape packs as well too.

Are you running the Legacy Edition? If so, Snowy Escape and Cottage Living are not compatible https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/The-Sims-4-Mac-Legacy-Edition-thread/m-p/8420037#M226...
