The Sims 4 Keeps Crashing Irregularly?

I've noticed the past couple of times I have tried to play the game it will crash. Where it crashes will vary - sometimes it will be upon loading up, and sometimes I will have been playing the game for 15/20 minutes and it'll randomly freeze up.

I have an iMac and have never had any performance issues with The Sims 4 or any other game. I have tried repairing the game several times on Origin to no improvement. Can anyone help?

Has this started happening since a recent update to the game, your version of macOS, or Origin?
