The game is showing glitches everywhere... First started on the interface buttons and now they are on the sims and even the furniture.
I'm scared because when I had a Windows PC this started to happen with The Sims 2, and then my video card died.
Now it's happening on my iMac (mid 2010, ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB / 3.06 GHz Intel Core i3 / 12 GB RAM).
Please help mee... Is that a game problem or it's my video card?
And how can I fix it?

Well, I tried, but everything was really fixed when I downloaded my national language pack trough Origin... something in this package certainly did the trick, as the status message on the Origin window was telling "Fixing The Sims 4..."
Thanks for your help and your attention.
I wish I could help you someway :D

Is this happening in any other apps on your Mac? How's iPhoto/Photos?
What version of OS X are you using?
Do you have a lot of EPs installed? Your AMD has 256Mb VRAM which may be struggling with the game, especially if you have Seasons, Pets, Supernatural and Into The Future. Try lowering your in game graphics settings and see if it helps. Have you installed any CC or Mods recently that may be causing the issue?

It's not happening with the sims 2... Is happening with the sims 4.
It doesnt happen with other apps... I also play Batman Arkham City GOTY, Tomb Raider Underworld and the new SimCity... Doesn't happen with those.
I'm using OS X El Capitan.

Thanx for the help
What happened on my Windows PC was very traumatic hahah... And you know, Macs aren't cheap :/

I can imagine it was traumatic and yes, they're certainly not cheap! But they do tend to last a lot longer than an average PC thankfully.
Have you had a chance to try any of the steps yet?

That's really helpful. Presumably if you had repaired the game (right click on it in your games library and select Repair Game) that would have also fixed it. I didn't think to recommend that, sometimes I don't see the wood for the trees! If it happens again try the Repair Game option
