Okay so I've tried literally everything.
I can't find The Sims 4 folder in my Electronic Arts folder. It only shows 'EA Services' which leads to 'Licenses' which leads to nothing. I updated and restarted my game, I have been playing for 2 years so I did start it, it's not in my iCloud storage as I do not use any of that (I switched it off).
As many of you say, it is NOT in my documents>electronic arts folder.
What should I do?

You're looking in the wrong Electronic Arts folder. User data is never stored in the Library > Application Support folder. Out of interest, why did you look there? I've noticed more people have been looking there and no idea why
Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
This searches for Sims 4 folder on your Mac.
