The Sims 3 installation stopped during the installation.

When I reach file 840 out of 889, the installation stops and it wont progress any further. Can someone please help me? I really want to play the Sims 3

Are you installing from disc or Origin? Sound like the installer may be corrupted. Manually delete anything that has installed then please try and download the digital version through Origin. If you are already using Origin please run the reset tool AFTER deleting any files and BEFORE re-downloading.
