I am not able to login into my member login. I have reached out to EA, and they were unable to help me with this issue. I had to change my email, which was successfully changed when I updated my email through EA, sign in to my EA account and my origin account, and my sims 3 account via safari. Still, when I open my Sims 3 Launcher, it asks me to log in in the right-hand corner. When I enter that information, it never signs me in. It's like I never signed in. I hope this makes complete sense. Please, if anyone can help me, that would be wonderful!

@nessatay2223 You technically don't need to login to the launcher at all unless you're trying to upload content to the Exchange. If you do want to login though, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. If that doesn't help, clear Safari's cache and try again.
