I recently purchased and downloaded The Sims 3 - First of all the game will not open. It is stuck at the launcher and the program will not quit or restart, in frustration I have been attempting to uninstall the game to then reinstall it and see if the problem could be fixed - uninstaller freezes and will not complete. I use a macbook (OS X Yosemite) 10.10.5 - I am aware that I can claim a refund for the game, but would like to play so if anyone can help me, please do. Thanks.
