Hi all! I could really use your help:
I play TS4 on both my Mac desktop and Mac laptop. It was working fine up until November/December of 2018. I've restarted Origin, taken out all of my mods, updated my computer, and got rid of multiple files I've not needed.
Any ideas why it might not be working?
Best,

Updating you, my Origin In-Game settings are on enabled, I'm resetting/clearing cache on my Origin, I'm going to try running TS4 afterwards.
You need to disable Origin in-game, not enable it. Don't bother clearing the cache, just run the reset tool as it does it all for you

No, I don’t have the same game folder for both computers-, and when I click on origin, it opens- but when I proceed to click on TS4, it freezes and doesn’t even load on the screen.

Ok. If you're running Mojave you need to disable Origin in-game on both Macs.
