Small screen and game unplayable [ Edited ]

Ive had something similar, before the updates my game would be fine, just a bit of lagg and the cats and dogs expansion wouldnt work, but atleast i could play it! After the update when i try to log in my the screen gets really heccin small and i cant click on anything, ive restarted my computer, game, origin, and ive downloaded the mac restart origin thing. None of witch have worked! I really hope an update where i can actually play comes out!

I've moved your post and created your own thread as your issue is different to the one you posted in

Could you please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file. This will reset all your in-game graphics settings. Now see if the game will launch properly.
