Sized up UI

So i started playing the Sims 4 on my mac and in my tired state of mind i accidentally scaled up the ui to it's full glory, causing my game to immediately crash... 

I thought it could be cause due to the fact that the UI is too big for my mac to handel, and i hoped that seeing as it crashed it wouldn't have saved the changes and just start up fine again. Well, it didn't. I press play on the origin app, i see the Sims 4 icon pop up on my application bar but after a few seconds it just quits again en opens up origin. 

I have tried to repair the game trough Origin with no luck, i have tried deleting my Options.ini & my UserSetting.ini file hoping it would reset my graphics and UI changes but still no luck. 

Does anyone have any idea what else could be causing it, or what i could do further to fix it?

I just posted my own question, closely relatable to this one. I don't know if there is a way for me to link it our you can find it via my profile but do you think you'd be able to help me out? I'm kind of freaking out about my game possibly being broken 😬

Move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop then launch the game so a new one is created. Has it fixed it?
