Hi. 
I play Sims4 on my MacBook Air. I purchased  the game back in January and it stopped working in March. I am able to sign in but on that same screen it either says "online login not available" or "cannot connect to server try again later." I go on the app multiple times a day and this happens every time. I've reached out multiple times and no one can seem to reply to me.
