Sims4 Mac installation help

I downloaded the latest version of Origin. Downloaded my purchased version of Sims4 and it won't install. Please help.

What Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

- Are you running any antivirus?

I'm having the same issue... There is enough room on my mac, and it's fully updated... what do i do? Can I get a damn phone number to call or email the origin people????
