Sims4; Journey to Batuu- not showing in game play?

Yes, thanks. Your Mac does not support Metal so you can only play the Legacy Edition which does not support Journey to Batuu. From the FAQ I linked above:

Q. Do I need to download and install the Legacy Edition of The Sims 4?

A. You must download and install the Sims 4 Legacy Edition if you are running a Mac that does not support Metal. The following Macs DO NOT support Metal:

• MacBook 2010 models and earlier (White MacBooks)
• MacBook Air - 2011 models and earlier
• MacBook Pro 2011 models and earlier
• Mac mini 2011 models and earlier
• iMac 2011 models and earlier
• Mac Pro models can vary due to the ability to upgrade the GPU. Please see this Apple support page for more specific information and this thread from a user with a 2008 Mac Pro

Q. Is Discover University/Tiny Living/Eco Lifestyle/Nifty Knitting/Journey to Batuu compatible with the Legacy Edition?

A. No. Any Expansion, Game and Stuff Packs released since Legacy Edition was introduced in November 2019 are not available for users running Legacy Edition.

I got in contact with an EA team leader who gave me a refund for the pack, and explained the reasons to me a bit clearer.

I am having the same issue, i also have a mac and the star wars game is not showing up, in the same bundle i bought snowy escape which is having the same issue is this related?
