I just bought the new Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu on my Mac desktop.
Origin says i have purchased it and that its completely downloaded onto my server - but IT'S NOT showing up in game. Not on my Sims4 Main Menu (in the 'Your Collection' panel), and not in game.
I have version 1.66.139.1620. I HAD to download Legacy Edition about a year or so ago.
I recently bought Realm of Magic, City living and Get Famous. All work perfectly fine.
My computer runs on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6. And is the 2009 iMac.
Please help.
I'd like to be able to use this expansion pack, and enjoy the rest of the game play
TIA x

Thanks for the help everyone!
I got in contact with an EA team leader who gave me a refund for the pack, and explained the reasons to me a bit clearer.
Thanks again!

Well that sucks, I just tried everything to make it work including spending $100 on data to uninstall all my games and download them again for nothing. Not once has the EA representatives I have been going back and forth with mentioned anything about Legacy and its incompatibility with games released after 2019. Im so angry, I really thought this pack was going to reignite my love for SIms 4 (im hardcore Sims 3 fan) but they have completely lost me as a customer at this point! Thanks for the info though, they really should be more transparent about this cause alot of people have older computers.

Thanks for the link
But according to it, i couldn't NOT have installed Legacy because my iMac is so old.
Will everything still work if uninstall it?
Saying that, when you mentioned above that you 'right click and select uninstall' were you referencing the whole of Sims4, or just the Legacy Edition pack?
I tried to figure out how to uninstall the package, but there didn't seem to be a way to haha

I had to uninstall all my games and then re download them all which was about 40 GB. Data is not cheap in Australia. Sorry if I confused you!
