Sims 4 won’t update mac

Ok ea please help so I have Mac 13.5 and my dad is like the organizer of it and I update on his account but then I go to mine and it says Origen would like to make some changes so I type what I need and it says I need to update it again so I go back to my dads account and it says I also have to update it again so I don’t even know what to do any more I last played January 12th and it’s February 3 it’s just I miss playing and it makes me sad so please please help me

Sounds like Origin has updated itself. You will need to be running an Administrator account, or know the Admin account login details to allow it to continue the installation. Maybe ask your Dad to do it?
