Sims 4 won't start due to language error

I need help please!! I started playing sims 4 again after a break but where there was supposed to be text was instead just blank, so I repaired the game and tried to get back in but then it showed this:

Unable to start:

The current user is not entitled to run The Sims 4 in the installed language.

I have tried to change the language in game properties but it only gives me the option English US. I live in Finland and have always played Sims in English and would like to continue playing it in English. Does anyone know a solution?

Repair the game again and also run the Origin reset tool https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
