Sims 4 won't show up in "my games" tab in origin on Mac

As was stated earlier, try logging out of Origin (or restarting your computer) and then logging back into Origin.

i had the exact same problem with my mac, how do you fix it ??

Logging in and out of Origin is easy. Go to the top of the Origin screen and choose "Profile" and you should see the option to log off or log out. 

As for restarting your Mac, that's easy too. Click on the Black Apple Logo in the left hand corner of your screen and choose "Restart".

It wont show up for me!!!!!!!! No matter what I do! I uninstalled and reinstalled origin, restarted origin, signed in and out of my origin account too! I also had the City Living expansion pack, so I spent alot of money and I really would like to be able to play!

Me too D: I reinstalled it and logged out and in several times, I even downloaded Origin on a separate computer and it still won't show up!! It shows that I purchased it in my account/billing history but it refuses to show up in my  game library :<
