Sims 4 won't load

Sims 4 won't load in Mac. I've reset origin and updated Mac but still it won't load. Help pleasee.

@Bluebellflora There isn’t any error messages. When I hit play, the sim icon is turning but never opening the game. I can’t exit the game either. I have to close my computar to restart.
