Sims 4 - will not to connect to gallery.

I have read through several posts and tried numerous things but to no avail.

Origin is online, but i have never been able to connect the Sims. I can't access the gallery.

Is there anything that could help fix this problem.

I have reset origin, restarted the computer, deleted the cc/mods.

I have no idea what else to try?

I am using the game on a mac.

Is the gallery showing in your game? Keep in mind that the gallery is not accessible when playing with an underage account.

Also, some mods could cause issues to the connection so if you are using mods in your game, please remove them and try again.

Hi Mai,

Thank you for response.

I am seeing the gallery is available so it can't be an underage account.

i deleted the mods and nothing has worked unfortunately.

I have attached the error message i am seeing.

I'd be grateful for any more advice.
