Sims 4 will not open (there is popping an error icon up) (MAC)

I have a macbook air. I have not custom content. But when i try to open sims 4 from origin, it won´t start! And there is popping an error icon up at the screen where it says :Unable to start.

And under that there is a bunch of numbers and stuff.

I have tried to reinstall origin but it didnt work!

Please help!

@buttimutti10  You can run the Origin reset tool for macs, and then disable Origin in-game.
