Sims 4 will not launch on Mac

Sims 4 won't launch, just get black screen appear in half of the desktop and freezes.

I've tried all of the suggestions I've found on line but nothing seems to work.

Anybody else have the same issue and knows of a resolution.

Assistance very much appreciated....

Which version of macOS are you running?
