Sims 4 settings for IMac 2013?

I just reinstalled sims 4 and it’s lagging a lot now for some reason. What’s the recommendation settings for a 2013 iMac ? And if I play an old save from before Is that why it’s lagging?

Please also list the packs you have installed, and whether you've added any custom content.

@Stinky_pole , you also didn't state if you use CC or Mods. And if you do post your Mac's specs, please make sure to either delete the Serial Number or blur it really well.
