Hi I am having a problem downloading sims 4. So it was downloading just fine when it got to a point where it stopped downloading because I ran out of space. I then made more space but then it happened again and then it stopped downloading. I've restarted my mac after that, re-installed origin, and tried going on safe mode but all I get is that it is preparing. Can someone help me?

Never mind, I found a different solution which was to download the game onto a usb.

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again.

So I think that was the solution but I just realized that my mac still has whatever was downloaded before the situation started. I'm not sure how I can delete it but I'm also not sure if I can delete.
PS: Should this be under another post or will it be answered under this one?

No, I am not able to play the game yet because of the junk that the game downloaded before the situation. I just need to make more space but I want to see if I can delete the junk that the game downloaded because I ran out of space.

Ah ok. And what is showing in the orange status button below the game in Origin?
Could you try the following, depending on what is actually in your Applications folder:
