Sims 4 - lost my saves after update

Hi,

So I just updated my sims 4 and lost my saves?! This is so frustrating as I was working on so many things!! 

I read some other posts and people have said to locate Sims 4 in the electronic arts folder, which I have, my question is wha do I do now?? 

Would love any advice !!! tia

@dianatodorov  Do you have iCloud enabled?  Your previous TS4 game folder (the one in Documents\Electronic Arts) could have been automatically moved to cloud storage, as iCloud loves to upload the Documents folder in its entirety.  When you launched TS4 again, the game would have been unable to find your previous folder and would have spawned a new one instead.  If you find your previous folder in cloud storage, you can just delete the new one and move the old one back to where it belongs, and be sure to disable iCloud going forward.
